Lupe-Fiasco-US-Alteration-Lookbook
Oops, that’s actually rapper Lupe Fiasco.  I get those two mixed up all the time now.  You can check out the rest of the small lookbook here.

They went hard with the tiger stripe camouflage this year.  Make sure to check it all out at their webshop.  The hoodie that Lupe is wearing is $150.

criticized U.S. Alteration last year for mixing camouflages and adding phony rank pins to their clothing… looks like they stayed away from that this year thankfully.

Some creepyness coming out of Canada:

The term Hors De Combat translates literally to “outside the fight”.  We have taken this literal meaning to be the underlying foundation of the brand. By combining the form and functionality of military apparel with a minimalist design approach we aim to create distinctive garments with subtle flair. Our products are made locally in Calgary, Canada.

I wasn’t really sure what items were part of the collection and which ones were not until I checked their website.

Hors-De-Combat-LogoDefinitely an interesting way to get people’s attention, even if the video doesn’t make any sense… beats some guys standing around on a white backdrop with perfect hair.

Make sure you check out the products on their website.  Only 7 pieces right now, but it’s a solid looking start.

For Fall/Winter 2012:

If you made it through any of the video you’ll notice that the military theme is present throughout.  Design at C.E. is lead by Sk8thing, the man also responsible for many designs over at A Bathing Ape, Human Made, Billionaire Boys Club, W-Taps and more.

Despite the weird visual lookbook, a good portion of the pieces apparel to be wearable.  I wouldn’t go anywhere near that item that looks like a down filled poncho though (pictured left).

You can visit the Cav Empt website to find a stockist in your area.  *seizure warning*
