• Mister Freedom x Sugar Cane Mulholland Master Jacket

A vintage motorcycle jacket with design cues taken from military field/air jackets:

The MF S/c “MULHOLLAND MASTER” pattern is inspired by vintage 1960s British Motorcycle riding gear, 1940’s US Paratrooper jackets and other military coats. It combines modified patterns, US military hardware and original MF S/c detailing to create a unique ‘ultimate’ winter coat suitable for riding and other outdoor activities.

More pics and details, and you pick one up for $900 in Black or Brown waxed cotton over at MisterFreedom.

  • Basic Camouflage New Era 59Fifty Fitted Hat

A simple offering from hat company New Era:

We’re so used to seeing full camouflage hats, it’s refreshing that New Era went with it just for embellishment.

¥4,725 ($61 USD) over at Japan’s Cap Collector One.

  • Reebok CrossFit Nano 2.0 – Camouflage Edition

The “ugliest shoe ever” award goes to…

Wow… from the massive Reebok logo, to the bastardized digital camo, and the multitude of synthetics, this is one ugly shoe.

Available at Reebok dealers today (October 1st), and possibly online on Reebok’s website.

  • The North Face Purple Label – Camouflage Wool Parka & Pants

The North Face Purple Label always kills it with awesomeness:

I wish the purple label style would spill over into their bland regular lineup over at The North Face.  If you’re not familiar with the Purple Label it’s basically about taking risks and using interesting new and/or exciting materials with existing North Face silhouettes.  You can see a snapshot of what I mean over at JP retailer Nanamica.

You Can pick up the parka for ¥44,100 ($566 USD) and the Pants for ¥25,200 ($323 USD) over at Nanamica.

  • Drake’s Leather Military Wet Pack

For the guy that needs more than just one big compartment that most shaving bags offer:

The design is based on the early 20th century British Army Officers wash kit.

Made in England, available in three colors over at Drakes London for £145.00 ($234 USD)

  • GAP Jumps On The Military Bandwagon For Girls

Fall/Winter 2012 we see a number of inspired pieces from GAP:

A couple of Olive Drab pieces in GAP’s lineup, peppered with camouflage pants, a military cape (poncho) etc…  The whole line-up can be viewed over at GAP.

On the men’s side of things there surprisingly isn’t that much military inspiration in the new arrivals section besides one fatigue jacket, and a loosely inspired parka.

But girls in anything military related, with the cut altered to look more flattering?  What’s not to like? 🙂
